The Company
Imetrix was founded in 2000 to meet the growing demand
for dedicated research in the fields of usability and accessibility.
Our consultants are trained in the principles of Human
Computer Interaction (HCI) which is the established adademic
foundation for user experience research.
They also have many years of practical industry experience,
advising clients in the private and public sectors on how
to achieve tangible business benefits from user experience
research.
The main focus of our research is interactive services
designed for the Web, although we regularly apply our knowledge
to other platforms such as mobile phones, interactive television,
kiosks and software packages.
